On November 12, 1991 at 2:00 PM, our very first customer Glen Campbell walked through the doors, setting the tone for three decades of quality and hospitality. Our name, a playful nod to "piece of Chicago," reflects our commitment to authenticity — and though it's often affectionately misread as "Chicago Pizza," that charming mix-up has only deepened our identity.
